I’m Paulina Napastiuk, founder of Calm Mind Counselling. With over a decade of experience, I help clients navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, and major life transitions through an integrative approach that combines CBT, DBT, solution-focused therapy, mindfulness, and grounding techniques. My goal is to help you feel more centered, connected, and in control. Whether you’re quietly struggling or feeling stuck in old patterns, this is a safe space to be heard and supported with compassion. I offer both in-person and virtual sessions, starting with a free 10-minute consultation (a simple first step toward finding your calm again).
